The green chilly, soaked in pure Curd and Salt solution in proportion of 1:1. Once they become tender , dried in the sunlight till it turn to white color. It is ready to fry and serve with curd rice and also can be used a side dish with any other Non- Spicy or light spicy curries. It is a traditional food which is also making in a traditional method. It is 100% pure and Natural. No preservatives or chemical impurity. As it is soaked in salt, it acts as a natural preservative to extend it's shelf life. Please keep the product in an air tight container to keep it dry.
